Why dont Celtic fans?

Claim to be the best fans in the world anymore? I used to find it hilarious but its stopped in the past 18 months or so. Were you joking when you said it or did you really believe it for some strange reason? Im a St.Johnstone fan and a lot of our fans are AWFUL but we never claim to be anything we're not. Also may i say R.I.P Rangers good riddance to bad rubbish.
