Weird half moon things on nails from acrylic nails?

Hiii! I took my acrylic nails off about 2-3 weeks ago, and now there are these weird half moon things on my nails. What are they? Also, all of the damaged nail is almost halfway gone, so how can I make my nails grow faster? Please help, thanks!
