How could i drain my intex pool properly?

today we started draining our intex 16 x 42 easy set pool. well it just didnt work out good! i thought im gonna have the best summer ever but no not really,we're gonna take it down coz 1st,its lopsided,we didnt even use it all the time,it's only been out there for a week and secondly the water turn out green,we have the pool chemicals but we didnt put any to it coz it says we need the pool filter running.Unfortunately it isnt coz we didnt fill up the pool completely coz the water on the other side is completely filled while the other is not even halfway filled.im a first timer so i didnt know how to properly drain it.i searched online but what they commonly do is rip it apart? what a tolat waste of money,the pool cost $300 i just dont wanna do it that way. Also,we tried using the hose connector that actually drains it using a hose and guess what, it didnt work at all! no water coming out from the hose! Pls i need comments from those who have great knowledge about this situation, I wanna draqin it as early as possible coz the water is juz really green! Thank You (=
