Afraid to be alone? need help please?

i have been on and off with this guy im 24 and im starting to feel im at the age i need to be settled down halfway to 30=/. i have always been in relationships and this last one i ended which was 2 years i dnt think i loved him like that anymore yet it hasnt been a day and im so alone im scared i wont find anyone else i dont wanna go bak to my ex but im scared i wont find anyone or i jus hate being alone helppp
